How we work with you

Meet

We meet with you to understand your requirements. Together, we discuss design ideas, concept plans, and understand the scope and scale of your project

Design

We design a plan that visualises your requirements and presents a complete project schedule. We compile all the necessary quotes, work schedules, and costing, and present this to you in a comprehensive package.

Approve

You provide sign-off on the plan. This is where we finalise and approve the scope and work plan, and provide any final amendments if required.

Schedule

We get things underway. We undertake project scheduling, agree on delivery timeframes, and schedule in our teams to arrive on site.

Execution

We get to work and start your project. During this time, we provide regular ongoing feedback to keep you in the loop, and ensure you continue to meet your reporting requirements. You’ll be notified of our progress, and informed should any delays occur. It’s all about regular communication, and complete transparency.

Completion

We meet you on site to discuss the work, run through the project plans, and ensure everything has been completed to your specifications. You then provide final sign-off that you’re 100% happy with the result.
